Guided Chocolate Tastings

I offer guided tastings for groups who want to learn more about where their chocolate comes from and why it tastes the way it does.

These sessions feature a range of locally made British Columbia bean-to-bar chocolates, exploring how origin, cacao variety, fermentation, and craft choices shape flavour and texture. Tastings are relaxed and informative, with space for questions and discussion rather than scripts or sales talk.

Tastings can be tailored for private groups, workplaces, special events, or collaborations, and range from simple, introductory sessions to deeper dives. The goal is always simple: slow down, taste with intention, and learn about what makes BC craft chocolate so special.
