Until recent history, all chocolate was vegan, and real chocolate, at its core, remains so, consisting of just two or three ingredients: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, and sugar. Vegan bars celebrate this purity, allowing chocolate to be expressed in its truest form, with the most authentic flavours. The bars I sell also eliminate any need for the additives that large manufacturers use, such as hydrogenated oils, artificial colours, preservatives, or "added flavours" (you shouldn’t have to add more flavour!)
