Dédié à la conservation de la rare variété de cacao blanc péruvien, Piura Blanco, Don Ramon a passé la dernière décennie à reboiser ce cacao rare et a fondé l'association des producteurs locaux. Ces fèves font un chocolat fantastique, combinant des qualités tropicales douces et brillantes. La texture reste ferme tout en fondant progressivement, très satisfaisante.
